After adopting my three younger cousins, who are now six, seven, and nine years old, my kids and I moved from Missouri to Florida in the summer of 2018. I had to work weekends and evenings, which were peak hours, as the manager of a well-known hair salon. I had a hard time finding trustworthy childcare because I was new to the region, had no acquaintances, and few family. The kids weren’t too fond of the few in-home locations I did find. Having previously worked in the childcare sector, I made the decision to create what I was unable to obtain. I wanted to go one step further and make sure the kids would like it too. TweetyBs is an arcade-style recreation facility.
